These data may relate to our clients/suppliers or indeed their clients/suppliers. We may not always be the "data controller" for the information we process and, in certain circumstances, we may be processing data under the auspices of our client's data protection policies. However, all data are processed in accordance with the legislation. Part of this compliance is the registration of the purposes for which we process data with the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) - the "Notification". We may share data with third parties as part of our contracted services and/or if we are required to do so by UK law. Clients often share data with us so that we may provide our services. We cannot accept liability for any processing conducted by any third party outside our remit.
As part of our compliance with amended Regulations, we have conducted a Cookie Audit on our website - cookies are text files used by the internet in displaying websites and logins. We currently utilise cookies (as defined in the legislation) as part of the Google Analytics systems. These systems are used by us to monitor our website and ensure that we are providing the best website for you. We do not utilise any cookies which could be construed as "invasive" to your privacy.
